Digital Surf Technology to Power nanoJura Profilometers
In Besançon, France, Digital Surf and nanoJura have entered into an agreement under which Digital Surf’s MountainsMap analysis software and Nobis optical distance gauges will be integrated into nanoJura’s NJ HP series high-precision 2-D/3-D surface profiling systems. Digital Surf’s electronics technology for multigauge, multiaxis profilometers will control the systems. Also, nanoJura will incorporate its real-time correction technology into its NJ UHP series ultrahigh-precision systems, which are scheduled for release this year.
