Plextronics Awarded Phase II Contract

Plextronics Inc. of Pittsburgh has been awarded a $1.8 million Phase II contract for the continued development of Plexcore technology. The technology seeks to increase the lifetime and efficiency of OLED displays, with the goal of commercial development. The funding was awarded by the US Display Consortium of San Jose, Calif., an industry-led public-private partnership.
