Panasonic Electric Works Corp. of America has launched a redesigned Web site to represent its Automation Controls System Div. Featuring tools for factory automation, the portal enables engineers and other users to search, organize and compare materials such as 3-D CAD drawings, model dimensions and programming libraries. It details Panasonic’s motion control products, including the PD60 code reader, the GT11 series 4-in. touch screens and the FP Sigma programmable logic controller. Among the Sunx sensor products presented are FX-100 fiber optics, the CX-400 photoelectric sensor and the DP-100 digital compound sensor for low and high pressure.
