Dymax Acquires Crosslink Technologies

Crosslink Technologies Inc. of Fort Wayne, Ind., has been bought by Dymax Corp. of Torrington, Conn., a producer of light-curing systems, masks, coatings and adhesives. The former makes and distributes light-curing adhesives, epoxy-based coatings, cyanoacrylates and other structural adhesives and sealants, which the latter will incorporate into its product line. Crosslink has relocated its operations to Torrington.
