Melles Griot has launched its “New Products Winter 2007” brochure. Complementing the comprehensive “Catalog X,” the downloadable publication highlights more than 20 photonic product families, including optics, lasers, hardware and instrumentation. Among the products showcased are ExtremeService shutters, which operate in extreme temperatures; high-resolution fiber optic spectrometers with a USB 2.0 interface; near-IR fiber optic spectrometers with a wavelength range of 1000 to 1700 nm; pulse fiber optic light sources with output wavelengths from 200 to 1000 nm; and the FieldMaxII-Top meter for power, energy and pulse-repetition-rate measurements. Other products specified include solid-state and diode lasers for fluorescence, and Absolute Fizeau transmission and reference spheres. Photographs, application information and a section on the company’s optics capabilities are included.
