Vimicro Hires Quincy Tang as VP Accounting, CFO

Beijing-based fabless semiconductor company Vimicro International Corp. today announced the hiring of Quincy Tang as vice president of accounting and chief financial officer (CFO). Tang is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has more than 20 years of executive financial experience. Prior to joining Vimicro, he served as CFO of mobile phone content provider Monstermob Group plc. Before that, he served as finance director of Tom Group Ltd., a wireless Internet and Web portal company in China. Tang began his career as an auditor with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
