Kodak, Infotonics Center Pen Research Agreement
Eastman Kodak Co. has signed a joint research agreement with the Infotonics Technology Center in Canandaigua, near Rochester, N.Y., they announced today. The nonprofit center collaborates with and provides facilities for use by businesses and universities to develop and license technology related to manufacturing processes and products in photonics and microsystems. It runs the New York State Center of Excellence in Photonics and Microsystems, an academic consortium that involves numerous colleges around the state, as well as such corporations as Kodak, Xerox Corp. and Corning Inc. The agreement was announced in today's Rochester
Democrat and Chronicle.
