Abrisa Industrial Glass Makes Acquisition

In California, Abrisa Industrial Glass Inc. of Santa Paula, a manufacturer of flat glass components for OEMs and contract manufacturers in the electronics, lighting and optical fields, has acquired ZC&R Coatings for Optics of Torrance. The acquired company produces precision coatings for aerospace, entertainment, defense, medical and telecommunications applications.
