Job seekers will benefit from the simplified résumé formatting process, which negates the need for html coding for bolded or italicized words. Other functions make it easier for employers to customize searches to identify qualified candidates for open positions. A question on citizenship and visa status has been added to the job-seeker profile, enabling employers to obtain more information about a job seeker’s work-permission status before contacting the individual.
