Lockheed Martin Receives NASA Contract

Lockheed Martin Corp. of Bethesda, Md., has been awarded an instrument contract from NASA, in coordination with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites program. The contractor will design, develop and support an instrument that will provide extreme ultraviolet broadband imaging to monitor dynamic features on the sun.
