Cobolt Opens Facility in Stockholm

Cobolt AB of Stockholm, Sweden, a supplier of diode-pumped solid-state lasers in the visible and near-infrared regions for stand-alone use or OEM integration, has expanded into a new facility, also in Stockholm, to support the growing demand for its laser products. The company has built a cleanroom factory that will provide triple the production capacity. The facility also will host its complete manufacturing line, R&D activities, internal sales force and management.
