LINE-SCAN CAMERAS

A six-page brochure on the Basler runner family of line-scan cameras with GigE Vision interface technology is available from Basler Vision Technologies. It notes that the cameras do not require a frame grabber, that the monochrome version is available with 1-k and 2-k resolution and several speed variants, and that the color version is based on a trilinear CCD sensor with 2098 pixels per line and a line rate of 9.2 kHz.
