Qioptiq to Buy Point Source

Qioptiq, a manufacturer of optical solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire Point Source Ltd. of Hamble, UK, a producer of fibre optic laser delivery systems and lasers. Both companies said that the merger will expand the range of products and services available to their customers.
