LightMachinery Acquires Product Lines from GSI

LightMachinery Inc. of Ottawa, a manufacturer of lasers and fluid jet polishing equipment, has agreed to purchase the Impact and LaserMark product lines from GSI Group of Billerica, Mass. The products are used for the fine-processing of nonmetallic materials and for fast marking of various products and packaging, respectively.
