Royal Phillips, BrainLab Join on Angiography
Royal Philips Electronics of Chicago and BrainLab AG of Munich, Germany, will collaborate to integrate intraoperative angiography and image-guided surgery to create a technology that could provide surgeons with real-time information during spinal and cardiovascular surgery, as well as neurosurgery. The German company will develop interfaces between its VectorVision system and Philips’ imaging systems.
