Peter Sulick Joins Dynasil Board

Photonics company Dynasil Corp. of America of West Berlin, N.J., announced that Peter Sulick will join its board of directors as audit committee chairperson and financial expert. Sulick founded media and telecommunications companies Independence Broadcasting Corp., PowerFone Inc., and SSPCS Corp., and AmeriSite LLC, a real estate investment company. A CPA, Sulick served as a principal financial officer for Cablevision Systems and held senior-level financial positions at the Communications Operations Group of ITT. He began his career in the audit department at Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts and BS in business administration from The Citadel. Since 2005 Sulick has been a significant investor in Dynasil, a maker of optical materials, components, coatings and instruments for the medical, industrial and defense markets.
