Purdue Sets Up Instrument Development Center
Purdue University of West Lafayette, Ind., has established the Center for Analytical Instrumentation Development to focus on the development of analytical instruments critical to a range of fields including health care and national security. The center will foster collaborations with leading institutions in the field, including the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Indiana University in Bloomington and the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. The center’s first project will build instrumentation for early discovery, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
