Leica Acquires Histopathology Firms

Leica Microsystems GmbH has acquired the assets of McCormick Scientific LLC and its parent company, Coretech Holdings of St. Louis. They will become a business unit within the biosystems division of the German company and will be renamed Leica Biosystems St. Louis LLC.
