!%Osram Opto Semiconductors%! has provided direct Web access to the ray data files for its LEDs. The downloadable files indicate the pattern in which light is emitted from an LED and includes the coordinates of the emission point, the direction of the emission, the intensity and the wavelength. Visitors to the site can view specifications on most of the company’s LEDs, including IR emitter diodes.
