Terminal Solutions to Merge

TXP Corp. of Richardson, Texas, and Cambridge Industry Group of Shanghai, China, have signed a memorandum of understanding to merge the companies. They will combine their passive optical network optical network terminal solutions, and the union will increase their customer service and research and development resources.
