SOCOM Orders 2 Cyberlux BrightEye Systems

Cyberlux Corp., a provider LED lighting products based in Research Triangle Park, N.C., announced that the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), has placed its first order for two BrightEye tactical lighting systems for field testing and evaluation by the US Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, N.C. Cyberlux tactical illumination systems are designed as highly portable, visible and night-vision compatible illumination systems for situations that call for high-intensity lighting quickly. The systems, contained in wheeled cases for easy transport, use advanced optics, advanced solid-state lighting technology to provide broad area visible white lighting and night-vision compatible infrared lighting capable of operating all night, something traditional lighting systems can't do, the company said.
