Kodak Board Taps Taber as VP, Wylie as Asst. Secretary
Eastman Kodak Co. of Rochester, N.Y., announced that, efffective immediately, its board of directors has elected Terry R. Taber as a company vice president and Susan Wylie as assistant secretary. Taber was recently promoted to chief technical officer, effective Jan. 1 (See:

He joined Kodak in 1980 and is currently the chief operating officer of the Image Sensor Solutions (ISS) business, a developer of advanced CCD and CMOS sensors serving imaging and industrial markets. Prior to joining ISS almost two years ago, he held a series of senior positions in Kodak’s research and development and product organizations. Wylie previously served as chief counsel for Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group. She joined Kodak in 1999 as a lawyer in the Consumer and Professional Imaging business. In January 2004, she was appointed lead attorney in the Health Group and Entertainment Imaging business in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region (EAMER). Prior to joining Kodak, Wylie was a partner with Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corp. in Pittsburgh, Pa.
