TT Electronics !%Optek Technology%! has released a DVD for lighting design engineers that examines the complexity of visible LED construction and device physics and that presents thermal management solutions for optimizing visible LED efficiency, color consistency and longevity. Titled “Heat Management,” the DVD describes the company’s visible LED laboratory, which is set up to assess traditional lighting designs and to propose equivalent solid-state lighting.
