Cyclic nucleotides
!%Biolog Life Science Institute%! has released a catalog and technical resource guide for second messenger and signal transduction research. The 108-page document presents cyclic nucleotide-based modulators of protein kinases, phosphodiesterases and ion channels, as well as nucleotide and nucleoside analogs. Among the new products featured are several fluorescent nucleotides, items for Epac research and novel affinity gels. Gels with phosphodiesterase-stable ligand structures are available for affinity chromatography of cyclic nucleotide-binding proteins.
