Gaining a Percentage

In Denmark, Foss A/S of Hillerød and Ibsen Photonics A/S of Copenhagen have agreed to a partnership. The former company has become a shareholder in the latter, owning 12.5% of the shares. The companies say that the capital from this purchase will contribute to Ibsen’s development activities.
