Orbotech Ltd. Announces Departure of Executive VP

YAVNE, Israel, April 16 -- Orbotech Ltd. reports that its Executive Vice President, Dan Falk, will be stepping down after 14 years of service with the Company and with Orbot Systems Ltd. Orbotech is a manufacturer of automated optical inspection systems. Falk will continue to serve on the Company's board of directors.
