FEI Opens China Facility

FEI Co. of Hillsboro, Ore., has opened a NanoPort in Shanghai, China. The facility, a demonstration center where customers can collaborate with the company’s specialists to develop solutions for nanoscale technology, is the fourth of its kind, with the others located in North America, Europe and Japan. It will house solutions that provide applications for materials inspection and characterization, including 3-D prototyping and nanoscale analysis.
