Binding assay
Clontech Laboratories Inc. has released its Protein-DNA Binding Assay for the detection and quantitative characterization of protein-DNA interactions, providing an alternative to electromobility shift assays. The kit includes a proprietary chemiluminescent ProLabel detection system and a streptavidin-coated 96-well plate as well as various buffers and cloning primers, control vectors and oligonucleotides. Because the ProLabel fusion protein is expressed in mammalian cells, the kit provides a range of biological applications.
