Viscotek has expanded its online listing of more than 100 application notes and chromatograms on its gel permeation/size exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC), flow injection polymer analysis, protein characterization and dilute solution viscometry systems. Application Note No. 33, “GPC of Polythiophene,” includes information on sample preparation, instruments and conditions, results, including a triple chromatogram and a Mark-Houwink plot, and conclusions. Other application notes cover areas such as protein separations, molecular weight distributions, and accuracy and sensitivity of measurements in dynamic light scattering, and a single-mode fiber optic technology for the characterization of macro- and biomacromolecules.
