Mazak Optonics Opens Laser Center

Mazak Optonics Corp. of Schaumburg, Ill., announced the grand opening of its new $10-million, 50,000-sq-ft laser technology center in Elgin, Ill. The event was held on May 13 and 14 and featured tours, technical discussions, seminars by current users on the impact of the company’s HyperLean technology and demonstrations of Mazak’s 2-D and 3-D laser cutting machines.
