GT Solar CFO Resigns

GT Solar International Inc. of Merrimack, N.H., a provider of specialized manufacturing equipment and technology for the production of photovoltaic wafers, cells and modules, and of polysilicon for the solar cell industry, has announced the resignation of its chief financial officer. Robert Woodbury, who had served in the position since January 2008, has resigned from his post for personal reasons, effective immediately. Richard Johnson, vice president of finance and controller, will fill the position on an interim basis.
