Division Spins Off

The Thin Films Div. of Ocean Optics Inc., based in Dunedin, Fla., has become a separate entity. Ocean Thin Films will design and manufacture dichroic filters and precision optics for use in scientific, biomedical and defense applications. Ocean Thin Films will have locations in Golden, Colo., and Largo, Fla.
