!%PhotoMedex Inc.%! of Montgomeryville, Pa., a manufacturer of excimer lasers and fiber optic systems, has signed a distribution agreement with Photo Therapeutics Ltd. of Carlsbad, Calif., a dermatologic technology developer. In anticipation of PhotoMedex’s planned acquisition of the company, the agreement will allow for the manufacture and distribution of Omnilux photodynamic therapy, a line of LED products used in the treatment of acne, of actinic keratosis and of wounds for skin regeneration.
