Thunder Tech Corp.

Thunder Tech Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hologic Inc. of Bedford, Mass., has completed its tender offer for all outstanding shares of Third Wave Technologies Inc. of Madison, Wis., a developer of molecular diagnostic reagents. The price was $11.25 per share. At the end of the offering period, approximately 95.8 percent of the company’s issued and outstanding shares had been purchased.
