McKesson Corp. of Atlanta has expanded its distribution agreement with Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc. of Tustin, Calif., to cover cardiovascular products. The latter will offer the former’s Horizon Cardiology Hemo as an optional complement to its Infinix vascular x-ray systems, which incorporate CCD camera technology and allow dual- or single-plane imaging. McKesson’s device collects a patient’s cardiac images, hemodynamic data and other information and makes them available on a single workstation. The device can be used alone or as a component of the company’s cardiovascular information system.
