AMS, Arden Photonics Sign Deal

AMS Technologies AG of Martinsried, Germany, a distributor of high-tech components, systems and instruments, has entered into a distribution agreement with Arden Photonics Ltd. of Birmingham, UK. Under terms of the agreement, the former company has exclusive sales rights in Germany and Austria and nonexclusive sales rights in France, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. The latter company designs and manufactures instruments and components for measuring the properties of optical fiber, lasers, LEDs and optics.
