!%Roper Bioscience%! has released a full-color brochure on the Lumazone imaging systems for quantitative chemiluminescence and fluorescence macroscopic imaging of a variety of samples, including whole plants and animals. It notes that the systems can be tailored to specific application requirements. They are offered in manual and automated fluorescence and chemiluminescence models, with a choice of five CCD and electron-multiplying CCD camera options, three dark box sizes and a variety of lenses. The document includes camera specifications, application information, a diagram of the components and descriptions of the models. Software functions and quantitation and calibration details also are covered.
