Volume 13-4 of Epicentre Forum: Tools and Techniques for Genomics and RNA Research, a quarterly publication of Epicentre Biotechnologies, focuses on in vitro capping systems for RNA. Articles describe the new ScriptCap m7G single enzyme in vitro capping system, which produces cap 0 structures on any amount of RNA, and the new ScriptCap 2’-0-methyltransferase, which enables the preparation of cap 1-capped RNA from any source of cap 0-capped RNA.
