Investing in Telecommunications

In France, 3S Photonics of Nozay has raised funds totaling nearly €13 million from three investment groups. The company, which manufactures optical and optoelectronic components for telecommunications networks, received €450,000 from Midi Capital of Toulouse, €2.5 million from Alto Invest of Le Chesnay and a promise of €10 million from France’s Strategic Investment Fund, €5 million of which has been provided so far.
