Energy-Harvesting Expansion

Nextreme Thermal Solutions of Durham, N.C., has raised another $8 million in Series B financing from undisclosed investors, increasing its total to $21 million. The latest funding will be used to expand the company’s energy-harvesting presence and products as well as its thermal management products.
