Available from ASTM International, the online compilation ASTM Standards for Laboratory Accreditation and Personnel Certification provides access to 12 ASTM and three ANSI/ISO/IEC standards on laboratory and inspection agency accreditation. The globally recognized standards cover areas such as analysis and interpretation of proficiency test program results, and evaluation of agencies involved in testing and quality assurance. A one-year subscription costs $249.
