Partnership for PCM

An agreement to cooperate on the qualification of atomic vapor deposition process technology for scaling phase change memory (PCM) products has been signed by Aixtron AG of Aachen, Germany, and Ovonyx Inc. of Rochester Hills, Mich. The companies will work on accelerating the commercialization of the technology.
