JPK Instruments AG

JPK Instruments AG of Berlin, an atomic force microscope supplier for life sciences and soft matter applications, has acquired light power instruments GmbH, also of Berlin, a company focused on the development of optical nano-instrumentation. After the financial closing, the details of which remain undisclosed, the companies began an initial common development project.
