Laser Contract

Mercerville, N.J.-based Laser Energetics Inc. has awarded General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products of Charlotte, N.C., a $2.6 million contract to produce its nonlethal Dazer Laser. Consisting of the Guardian and Defender models, the laser product line, which impairs a threat’s vision and awareness instantaneously, is designed for use by military and law enforcement entities when nonlethal force is an option.
