Boston Instruments LLC

Boston Instruments LLC of Chelmsford, Mass., has acquired Pro2Kem Inc. in an effort to develop and commercialize microengineered analysis systems — capable of measuring molar mass, size and conformation distributions — that were originated by the latter company. Boston Instruments was formed earlier this year to acquire analytical and life sciences instrumentation entities.
