Titled “Affymetrix UserForum,” the resource provides an interactive community for customers to share information about new products and services, emerging applications and research experiences. Offering video interviews, weekly updates and live Web talks with question-and-answer sessions, it has covered areas such as software tools and third-party providers and has offered updates on collaborative efforts. It focuses on full product development, from initial study design to final data analysis, helping users to select the appropriate tools and services for a job.
