Application Note MT-83 from !%Bruker Daltonics Inc.%! is titled “Accurate Quantification with ICPL: The Quantification Study of the ABRF Proteomics Research Group 2006.” The downloadable document presents methods and results of the Association of Biomolecular Research Facilities study, which involved the quantification of eight proteins in two mixtures. It notes that an ultraflex II Tof/Tof mass spectrometer was used to analyze isotope-coded labeled protein digests using an LC-Maldi approach under control of the Warp-LC software. An average quantification error of 9.3 percent was achieved. Numerous charts, diagrams and screenshots are included.
