Bioline has released “Product Catalog 2006/7, Core Reagents for Molecular Biology.” The 121-page color-coded publication highlights new products such as the Trisure ready-to-use reagent for the isolation of total RNA from cells and tissues, and the MangoTaq DNA polymerase, supplied with a reaction buffer containing two dyes that separate during electrophoresis. Nucleotides, protein tools, molecular weight markers, cloning and RNA reagents, the SureClean solution for PCR cleanup and the cDNA synthesis kit for generating cDNA from an RNA template are specified, along with application information and numerous charts and diagrams. References and indexes are included.
