Interferometer Acquisition

Optical test equipment maker !%Trioptics GmbH%! of Wedel, Germany, has acquired the μPhase product line of interferometers from Switzerland-based Fisba Optik AG, along with Fisba’s Berlin-based business, !%4978%%Fisba Optik GmbH%!, effective June 30, 2010. Financial terms were not disclosed. Trioptics said the μPhase line complements its optical test equipment portfolio, which includes the TriAngle.
