Lambda Research to Sell ScatterScope3D

ScatterMaster LLC announced Lambda Research Corp. of Littleton, Mass., as the new worldwide distributor for its ScatterScope3D scatterometer.

Ideal for research labs and manufacturing lines, the scatterometer measures surface scatter for process control and surface texture verification. The portable device features typical measurements in less than 1 min. and is easy to use.
